What is the return policy?
- If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! All sales are final and refunds are not accepted but we gladly offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.
- Consignment and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- To process an exchange reach out to us via the “Contact Us” section we will review your request and then advise you of the next steps to exchange your item(s).
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.
- To be eligible for exchanged item(s) must be free from damage with all original tags attached.
What are the shipping options?
- Kinnie's Place offers standard, express and overnight shipping.
- Customer's will be notified via email once orders have shipped.
When will I receive my order?
- Delivery time including processing time is 5 - 8 business days for standard shipping and 2 - 3 days for express shipping. Overnight shipping is also available from UPS through Next Day Air.
What do I do if I never received my order?
- All customers will be provided a tracking number.
- Once the appropriate delivery time has passed depending on the selected delivery speed if your order has not been received then reach out to us via the “Contact Us” section.
- When possible unexpected delivery delays will be communicated to customers in advance.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
- All items will be thoroughly inspected prior to shipping but in the rare instance there is an issue Kinnie’s Place will offer exchanges or store credit for items deemed defective.
How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
- Prior to the item being shipped if changes to an order are requested please reach out to us via the “Contact Us” section or email us at email@example.com. After items have shipped you must follow the exchange procedures.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
- To provide a variety of unique and trendy clothing styles, Kinnie’s Place utilizes multiple vendors. Each product will include a sizing chart provided by the manufacturer. Remember there is a potential 2 – 3% error margin when measuring manually.
